Medical Secretariat
The medical secretary plays a vital role in a medical or paramedical department. They act as the liaison between practitioners, patients, and various departments within the institution, while maintaining strict medical confidentiality. They possess technical, writing, and interpersonal skills to handle requests related to the creation, management, and tracking of patient files and correspondence. Their duties include scheduling appointments, welcoming and admitting patients, answering phone calls, and preparing reports.

To hold a lower secondary education certificate.
Course description:
The training program is delivered over a minimum of two years and includes:
• 660 periods of instruction divided into 12 training units, encompassing teaching activities such as: social security, fees and pricing, medical terminology, rapid note-taking and transcription of medical documents, etc.
• 160 periods of practical training
• 40 periods of preparation for the integrated assessment
