Office Technician
The office technician is a versatile employee whose main duties are administrative. They specialize in data entry, filing, and the management and processing of company information. They also handle reception duties and may assist with accounting. They are responsible for tracking assigned tasks.

Qualification awarded upon completion of the training:
Certificate of qualification for office technician specific to upper secondary education for social advancement.

To hold a lower secondary education certificate.
Course description:
The training program is delivered over a minimum of two years and includes:
• 1400 periods of instruction divided into 19 training units, comprising teaching activities such as: specialized communication methodology, typing and word processing, reception techniques and office organization, etc.
• 120 periods of internship
• 80 periods of preparation for the integrated assessment
