A bachelor's degree in executive assistance prepares individuals for administrative tasks within a company, organization, or public service. These tasks include managing mail and telephone calls, transcribing various documents, and drafting routine correspondence and memos based on provided information, including in a foreign language. The role involves time management, including personal time, adhering to a schedule. The assistant participates in the overall organization of meetings, takes notes, and prepares draft minutes and, potentially, a routine follow-up report.
